Dieting. Been there, done that, doesn't work. Or does it?




There are many reasons why people diet. Dieting is the traditional way to lose weight. But dieting is not just limited to obese individuals. Most people watch their diet in one way or other, whether it just be to lose weight or just remain in a fit and healthy state.
